In the case of a justified complaint, refund of the amount paid or replacement of the card is possible.

If the card is damaged and / or defective, the buyer may return the card to the above address so that the complaint can be considered on the basis of physical evidence. If a thorough inspection reveals that the product has been damaged by a deliberate / random mechanical procedure, ie the shredding of the card that arises after the product has been inspected and sent to the customer, the complaint will be rejected or disputed. In such a case, the customer’s material responsibility for the purchased product is determined.
